Dial

AI voice agents

The phone is still where your highest-intent customers go, and it is still where they meet an IVR tree or a voicemail box. Dial answers, understands, and finishes the job — then transfers to a person the moment it should.

  • Inbound and outbound calls that hold a real conversation
  • Books appointments, guides discovery, assists checkout, and handles support end to end
  • Proactive follow-ups and cart recovery, with live transfer to a person when it matters

Illustrative interface. Not real customer data.

Why it exists

Press 1 for a customer you are about to lose.

Calls spike exactly when you are least able to answer them — evenings, weekends, the day a campaign lands. The overflow goes to voicemail, and a meaningful share of those callers simply buy elsewhere.

The usual fix is an IVR menu, which is a way of making the customer do the routing work badly. Dial takes the call, works out what the person actually needs, and either completes it or hands it to the right human with the context already gathered.

Capabilities

What Dial actually does.

Natural turn-taking

Handles interruptions, corrections, and mid-sentence changes of mind, at a latency that does not feel like waiting for a satellite.

Inbound and outbound

Answers your line and makes calls — follow-ups, reminders, recovery — from the same configuration and the same guardrails.

Task completion, not deflection

Books, reschedules, checks orders, takes details, assists a checkout. Success is the job being done, not the call being ended.

Warm transfer

When it hands over, the human picks up with a live summary of what has been said and what the caller wants — no starting over.

Recordings and transcripts

Every call transcribed, summarised, and written to the customer record, so the next conversation on any channel knows it happened.

Compliance controls

AI disclosure, consent capture, opt-out handling, calling-window restrictions, and do-not-call list enforcement on outbound.

How it works

From connected to live.

Four stages. The first two are where the real work is; the rest is calibration.

Connect the line

Point a number at Dial or route overflow to it. Existing telephony stays in place — this is an endpoint, not a replacement PBX.

Define the tasks

What the agent can complete, what it must confirm, what it always transfers, and the exact phrasing for anything sensitive.

Test against real calls

We evaluate against your own historical call recordings, so you see how it handles your accents, your product names, and your awkward cases before it is live.

Go live with thresholds

Start with a low transfer threshold and tighten it as containment quality proves out. You control the dial, literally.

In practice

Where teams point it first.

After-hours coverage

The line is answered at 9pm on a Sunday, and the booking is in the calendar before the customer changes their mind.

Appointments and reminders

Booking, rescheduling, and confirmation calls that cut no-shows without adding headcount.

Cart and lead recovery

A short outbound call to a high-value abandoned cart, with the offer and the context already known.

Order and delivery queries

The same grounded answers Resolve gives in chat, spoken, with the order pulled up live.

Measurement

What you will be able to measure

Voice is easy to fake a demo with and hard to run well. These are the numbers that tell you which one you have.

Containment rate

Calls handled end to end without a transfer.

Task completion rate

The stricter metric: the job the caller rang about actually got done.

Average handle time

Compared against your human baseline for the same intents.

Transfer rate and reason

Categorised, so you can see what to teach it next.

Connect rate

On outbound — the ceiling on everything downstream.

Answer rate out of hours

Coverage you previously did not have at all.

Connects to

Sits on top of the stack you run.

Prebuilt connectors for the common systems, and an integration path for the ones that are yours. Nothing here asks you to migrate.

Do not see yours? Ask us — most integrations are a connector, not a project.

Questions

Dial, answered plainly.

Does it sound like a robot?

It sounds like a competent phone agent reading from a script it understands — natural turn-taking, appropriate pauses, and recovery when the caller interrupts. It is not trying to pass as human, and we do not recommend that it should.

Does the caller know they are talking to an AI?

Yes, by default, and we would push back hard on configuring it otherwise. Disclosure is stated at the start of the call. In several jurisdictions this is a legal requirement rather than a preference, and it also sets the caller's expectations correctly, which measurably improves how the call goes.

What about regulations on outbound calling?

Consent capture, opt-out handling, do-not-call enforcement, and calling-window restrictions are built in and configurable per market. You are still the party responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction — we will tell you what the system enforces and where the gaps are, in writing, during scoping.

How does it handle accents and noisy lines?

Better than an IVR, imperfectly compared to a good human. This is exactly why we evaluate against your own historical recordings before go-live: you see the real transcription quality on your callers rather than on a clean studio demo.

Bring a real workflow. We will show you Dial running on it.

Thirty minutes, your data, no slideware. If it is not the right module for your bottleneck we will tell you which one is.
